Orders & Shipping

We use Shipa as our courier solution for all deliveries.

Orders get fulfilled and delivered within 1 to 3 working days in normal conditions as long as the full address is mentioned clearly with a correct and active phone number.

You can enjoy next day delivery for orders placed by 2pm in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Delivery to other Emirates may take up to 2 - 3days.

Yes, you can choose to pay upon receiving your order.

If you’re a registered user, you can head over to your orders page, and hit the “track your order” button and it’ll show you the exact status of your order. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to reach us by email and we’ll assist you.

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] -  Your order can only be canceled before it is prepared for shipping or collection.

We make sure we keep you fully informed throughout the ordering process. As soon as your order has been processed, we'll send you an email confirming all of the order details.

We want to make ordering and paying for your purchase as quick and easy as possible. We accept all major bank cards, and you can even choose to pay "Cash on Delivery".

Your delivery is on us! You will not need to pay any extra charge for the cost of delivery.

We will Exchange / Refund any product provided the following 3 conditions are met:

  1. The product is accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  2. The product is sealed and in its original condition.
  3. The product is exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

If you are entitled to a discount code or we have an active promotion with a code, enter the code on the billing page.

You can report all complaints by e-mail to [email protected] and we will replace the ordered products as soon as possible.
